- Workstation Access Control: High-resolution client photography and confidential project files are restricted strictly to authorized lead retouchers and art directors.
- Secure Form Dispatch: Inquiry forms are processed directly through secure Google Apps Script endpoints without intermediary data scraping.
- Regular Audits: We periodically review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized system entry.
Exporting & Deleting Your Information
You can request a complete export of your creative deliverables or request the permanent deletion of your project records from our local studio archives.
Asset Package Export
Request a packaged ZIP of all completed TIFF, PSD, PNG, or vector deliverables stored on our CloudNest staging drive.
Permanent Purge
Request immediate removal of your RAW camera files, drafts, and customer contact records from our active backup drives.
Retaining Your Information
We retain the data we collect for different periods of time depending on what it is and how it relates to ongoing studio operations:
- Active Client Project Archives: Completed creative deliverables are securely retained for up to 12 months following project sign-off to facilitate future color revisions, re-crops, and format expansions.
- Support Tickets & Emails: Inquiries submitted via SupportHub are retained for 24 months for communication continuity and customer service history.
- Billing & Financial Records: Retained for 7 years in compliance with statutory tax and accounting regulations in Karnataka, India.

This policy applies to all services offered by S2SS Creative and its affiliates, but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We always indicate the date the last changes were published and offer access to archived versions for your review.
